Canadian firm to build gallium chemicals facility in South Korea

Specialty metals and chemicals producer 5N Plus (Montreal) will invest an undisclosed amount to build a gallium chemical facility in South Korea, the company has announced. The investment will "demonstrate our commitment to serve our customers wherever in the world they may require our products or services," says Jacques L'Ecuyer, president and CEO of 5N Plus. 5N Plus has entered into an agreement with a local chemical distributor for the supply of operating services and logistics for the new facility.
