Canada plans protective measures, consultation covering neonicotinoid use on corn, soybeans

Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA; Ottawa) has determined that current agricultural practices related to the use of neonicotinoid-treated corn and soybean seeds are hurting the environment due to their harmful effects on bees and other pollinators.
