Brenntag Acquires Italian Specialty Fuel Distributor Petrolube

Brenntag says it will acquire Petrolube (Milan), a specialty fuel and oil additives distributor. Petrolube is an exclusive distributor of Infineum's fuel performance additives. Brenntag says Infineum is the market leader for manufacturing specialty fuel and oil additives.
