Bidders Line up for OEP's Stake in Süd-Chemie

One Equity Partners (OEP; New York) is lining up a number of potential bidders for its 50.41% controlling stake in Süd-Chemie (Munich), reports say. Potential bidders include Clariant, Honeywell, Mitsubishi Chemical, and Umicore. The sale is likely to be agreed on in the first quarter of this year, sources say.   OEP invited preliminary bids last year to acquire its Süd-Chemie stake, reports say.
