Bayer CropScience Wins Patent Suit Against Two Chinese Companies

Bayer CropScience says it has successfully ended a patent infringement dispute in China with Jiangsu Tian Rong Group (Tian Rong) and Yixing Hua Dong Agrochemical Co. (Hua Dong) over mefenpyr. Following Bayer CropScience's litigation against the two companies over Bayer's mefenpyr patent, the Wuxi intermediate court of first instance ruled in favor of Bayer in January 2009.
