Bayer CropScience Completes Acquisition of Biological Crop Protection Firm AgraQuest

Bayer CropScience says it has completed the previously announced purchase of AgraQuest, a global supplier of biological pest management solutions. All required transaction waiting periods have expired without objection from the relevant competition authorities.
