World News and Views :: Top of the News BASF to Build Water Treatment and Paper Chemicals Plants in China12:10 AM MDT | September 27, 2010 | Deepti Ramesh BASF says that it will establish a production base for water treatment and paper chemicals at Nanjing, China, with the construction of a 40,000-m.t./year quaternized cationic monomers plant and a 20,000-m.t./year cationic polyacrylamides plant.
