BASF, Sinopec Sign MoU for Isononanol JV at Maoming

BASF and Sinopec today said that they have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to explore the possibility of building a world-scale isononanol (INA) plant at the Maoming Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone at Maoming, China. The scope of the investment will be determined following the outcome of the joint feasibility study, which is expected by the end of 2012.
