World News and Views :: Top of the News BASF Invests $20 Million in Harvard R&D Collaboration4:48 PM MDT | April 29, 2008 | Michelle Bryner in Cambridge, MA BASF says it will invest up to $20 million over the next five years to fund research at Harvard University in a range of areas including, applied physics and mathematics, chemical biology, systems biology, bioengineering, and materials science. The research will be directed by Jens Rieger, BASF senior scientist, along with Harvard professors Dave Weitz, and George Whitesides.
