BASF Eyeing Acquisitions

BASF is considering taking over Cognis, Rockwood, and W.R. Grace, according to a Financial Times report. BASF did not comment on the companies mentioned in the article, but it is always “looking for acquisitions that meet certain criteria,” a company spokesperson says.
