BASF Appoints New Head in Asia/Pacific

BASF says it has appointed Saori Dubourg as head of Regional Functions & Country Management Asia/Pacific, effective November 1. She will be based in Hong Kong. The current division president, Tilman Krauch, will assume responsibility for BASF's Construction Chemical division as of the same date. Bernhard Hofmann, who was previously responsibile for construction chemicals, will retire at the end of the year.
