Asahi Kasei, Chisso, Mitsubishi, to Consolidate Fertilizer Subsidiaries

Asahi Kasei Chemicals says that it has reached an agreement with Chisso (Tokyo) and Mitsubishi Chemical for the consolidation of the fertilizer businesses operated by their subsidiaries Chisso-Asahi Fertilizer (Tokyo) and Mitsubishi Chemical Agri (Tokyo). The companies have also initiated detailed studies for the consolidation.
