Arsenal Acquires Royal Adhesives & Sealants

Private equity firm Arsenal Capital Partners (New York) has acquired Royal Adhesives & Sealants (South Bend, IN) from Quad-C Management (Charlottesville, VA) for an undisclosed sum. Royal produces customized thermosetting epoxy and urethane, solvent-based, and water-based technologies for high-performance adhesives and sealant applications.
