AkzoNobel Acquires Enviroline

AkzoNobel says it has acquired the Enviroline unit from Industrial Environmental Coatings (Pompano Beach, FL), for an undisclosed sum. The deal includes the transfer of goodwill, intellectual property and the dedicated employees. Enviroline supplies high-performance, corrosion-resistant linings mostly for the oil and gas industries in North America, as well as specialty tank linings for chemical storage vessels.
