Air Products to Build Large-Scale Specialty Gas Plants in China

Air Products says it has signed a contract with Anhui Sanan OptoElectronics, a subsidiary of Sanan OptoElectronics (Jinzhou, China) to build two on-site ammonia plants at Sanan’s new high brightness light emitting diode (LED) manufacturing facility at the Wuhu Economic and Technological Development area, Anhui province, China. Each of the ammonia plants will be capable of supplying 2,000 m.t./year.
