World News and Views :: Top of the News Air Liquide Reports Higher Revenues from Gas and Services but E&C Sales Decline2:12 AM MDT | October 26, 2011 | Natasha Alperowicz Air Liquide recorded a 5% rise in third quarter revenue to €3.6 billion ($5 billion) with sales in the gas and services business rising 6% to €3.22 billion. The engineering and construction (E&C) business, however, saw a 15.3% decline in revenue to €158 million. Quarterly profit figures were not disclosed. The company says it is continuing to deliver in line with its Alma 2015 savings program, which targets annualized savings of more than €200 million.
