Agrium Ups Bid for CF Industries

Agrium says it has increased its offer to acquire CF Industries by 10%, to $35/share, and says it would consider increasing its offer further to reflect any additional value that CF can demonstrate arising from the combination of the two companies. The proposal still offers one common share of Agrium for each CF share.
