ACC Endorses Changes to Federal Toxics Law

ACC is seeking to form a broad coalition of industry and environmental groups to work with Congress on legislation to overhaul the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), in part because a growing lack of consumer confidence in some industry products has demonstrated that “voluntary initiatives are not enough,” says ACC president and CEO Cal Dooley.
