Siegfried Acquires U.S. Contract Manufacturing Company

Siegfried (Zofingen, Switzerland), a producer of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), intermediates, and finished drugs, says it has acquired privately-held Alliance Medical Products (AMP; Irvine, CA) for $58 million.
