World News and Views :: Top of the News Russia's Acron Group Makes Offer to Buy Polish Chemicals Producer Tarnów7:50 AM MDT | May 16, 2012 | Natasha Alperowicz Acron Group (Velikii Novgorod, Russia), through subsidiary Norica Holding S.a.r.l, has announced a tender offer to buy up to 66% stake in ZakÅ‚ady Azotowe w Tarnowie-MoÅ›cicach (Tarnow, Poland). Acron’s price of zl 36/share ($10.5/share), represents a premium of 18.3% over Azoty Tarnów 6-month average market price and 12.1% over the closing price on 15 May 2012, the company says.
