Kiri Acquires Taiwanese Firm

Kiri Industries (Ahmedabad, India), a manufacturer of dyes and dye intermediates, formerly known as Kiri Dyes & Chemicals informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has acquired chemicals manufacturer SMS Chemical (Taipei, Taiwan).
