Solutia Acquires Additional Film Manufacturing Capacity in Taiwan

Solutia says it has acquired additional capacity for high-tech conductive film manufacturing from Aimcore Technology (Hsinchu, Taiwan), a leading ITO glass manufacturing firm, for about $3.4 million. Solutia, in March 2011, acquired certain high-tech film manufacturing assets of Aimcore Technology for $7 million.
