Vietnam gives preliminary approval for PTT's refinery and aromatics project

PTT (Bangkok) has received preliminary approval from the local government of Binh Dinh Province, of Vietnam, to proceed to the next stage of its previously announced proposal to build an oil refinery and aromatics complex in the Nhon Hoi Economic Zone.
