Toyo Engineering to build ammonia plant for Petrobras in Brazil

Toyo Engineering in cooperation with SOG - Oleo e Gás, a leading engineering company in Brazil, has been awarded a contract from Petrobras to build a new ammonia plant, UFN-5, in Brazil, the company announced today. The contract value is 2.1 billion reais ($880 million). The plant will be installed at Uberaba, Minas Gerais State, and will be designed to produce 1,500 m.t./day of ammonia.
