Taiwanese Group Advances Refinery and Petchem Plans

Kuokuang Petrochemical Technology Co. (Taipei), a joint venture between CPC Corp. (Taipei) and six other Taiwanese companies, is advancing plans for a previously announced, fully integrated petrochemical project in Taiwan (CW, June 14, 2006, p. 16).
