World News and Views :: Projects Styrolution Streamlines Operations; Ineos's Marl Styrenics Complex to Close1:10 PM MDT | March 20, 2012 | Natasha Alperowicz Styrolution, the equally owned styrenics production joint venture between BASF and Ineos, has announced a program to streamline its operations in Europe and add capacity in emerging markets. Roberto Gualdoni, Styrolution CEO, speaking exclusively to CW this morning, said that--as part of the plan being announced today--the company will terminate its agreement with Ineos to offtake styrene and polystyrene (PS) from Ineos’s Marl, Germany site.
