Songwon to build one pack systems jv plants in US, Mideast; distribute light stabilizers for Italian firm

Songwon Industrial (Ulsan, Korea) says it has signed an agreement for a previously announced joint venture with Pan Gulf Holdings (Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia) and Polysys Industries (Abu Dhabi) for the production and sale of Songwon's one pack systems (OPS), sold under the Songnox OPS brand. The companies signed a memorandum of understanding for the jv in December 2011.OPS products combine several polymer additives into an integrated, dust-free pellet form.
