(Sipchem; Al Khobar) and Sabic in talks that are expected to lead to Sabic toll manufacturing ethylene and propylene for Sipchem’s previously announced nine-plant petrochemical derivatives complex at Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, CW has learned. A deal is likely to be concluded in September, a senior Sipchem source, who asked not be identified, tells CW.
