Sipchem Confirms Saudi JV Talks with Ineos

Saudi International Petrochemical Co. (Sipchem; Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia) has confirmed CW’s exclusive report that the company is in discussions with Ineos to form a joint venture that will build a previously announced multibillion-dollar petrochemical complex at Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia (CW, Oct. 3, 2007, p. 21).
