(Sipchem; Al Khobar) says it has awarded a contract worth more than $250 million to Nasser S. Al-Hajri Corp. (Dhahran, Saudi Arabia) to construct a previously announced acetyls complex and common utilities at Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia (CW, April 26, 2006, p. 10).
