World News and Views :: Projects Sibur inaugurates second EPS plant at Perm6:41 AM MDT | October 30, 2012 | Natasha Alperowicz Sibur has inaugurated an expandable polystyrene (EPS) production line at Perm, Russia. The 50,000 m.t./year EPS line doubled Perm’s capacity to 100,000 m.t./year. The inauguration ceremony was attended by senior officials, including Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich, Minister of Energy Alexander Novak, Minister of Regional Development Igor Slyunyaev, Leonid Mikhelson, chairman of the board of Sibur Holding, and Dmitry Konov, CEO of Sibur.
