Siam Cement and Partners Sign JV Deal for $4.5-Billion Project in Vietnam

Siam Cement notified the Stock Exchange of Thailand today that it and its Vietnamese and Qatari partners have signed a joint venture agreement for a previously announced petrochemical complex in Vietnam. The partners will invest $4.5 billion in the project, following a final investment decision, which is expected next year....
