Shell Continues Shift to Asia and Mideast; 2009 Likely to Be Tough

Shell Chemicals and its partners have made significant progress on several previously announced projects in Asia and the Mideast, which will contribute to the company’s plans to increase the share of its assets in those regions, the company says.
