Shanghai Petrochemical Seeks Approval for Ethylene Expansion

Shanghai Petrochemical, a Sinopec subsidiary, says it is still seeking approval to expand ethylene capacity at Jinshan, near Shanghai (CW, May 16, 2007, p. 15).
