Shalimar Paints to Boost Capacity

Shalimar Paints (Mumbai) says it plans to boost paints and coatings capacity by either building a greenfrield plant in southern India or by acquiring a firm in that region. Shalimar “has already identified three paint companies as possible targets,” says Sandeep Sarda, executive director and CEO of Shalimar Paints.
