(Secco) says it is awaiting approval by the BP board of directors for an expansion project under consideration at its 900,000-m.t./year ethylene plant at Caojing, China. Secco says it is considering adding 150,000-250,000 m.t./year at the cracker in 2009 if it proceeds.
