Saudi Complex Comes Onstream

Saudi Ethylene and Polyethylene Co. (SEPC), a 25-75 joint venture between LyondellBasell, and Tasnee and Sahara Petrochemical Co. (Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia) says it has started up a petrochemical complex at Al-Jubail. Cracker: SEPC has started up its petrochemical complex at Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
