SK Global Chemical and Sinopec sign JV deal for BDO project in China; to invest $610 million

SK Global Chemical, the petrochemical business of SK Innovation (Seoul), formerly SK Energy, says that it entered into a joint venture agreement with Sinopec on 25 February, to build the previously announced butanediol (BDO) plant at Chongqing, China.
