SK E&C awarded $417 million order in Vietnam

SK Engineering & Construction (SK E&C; Seoul) said today that it has won a $471-million order to build a jetty and a seabed oil pipeline in Vietnam. The facilities will be built within the previously announced oil refinery and petrochemical complex under construction at Nghi Son. The project is due to be completed within 3 years. The award follows a contract signed by SK E&C in January to construct a $1.05-billion refinery and petrochemical plant for Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical.
