Russian president attends Sibur's commissioning of TPE unit at Voronezh

Vladimir Putin at Voronezh. Russian President Vladimir Putin attended the commissioning ceremony of Sibur’s styrene butadiene styrene thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) unit at Voronezh on Thursday. The 50,000 m.t./year unit is based on technology licensed from Taiwan Synthetic Rubber Corp. (Taipei). The event was also attended by Minister for Economic Development Andrey Belousov, Governor of the Voronezh region Alexey Gordeev, and Leonid Mikhelson, chairman of Sibur and the major shareholder in the company, as well as Dmitry Konov, Sibur’s CEO.  ...
