Rosneft's Tianjin refining and petchems project revived following high-level talks

Rosneft (Moscow) and CNPC are seeking to revive their multibillion-dollar refinery and petrochemical project at Tianjin first announced in 2010. Rosneft’s president and chairman of the board, Igor Sechin, on Tuesday held talks with China’sdeputy premier and member of the Politburo Wang Qishan on a range of subjects, including the Tianjin project, Rosneft said on Wednesday.
