R&H Expands Acrylic Emulsion Capacity in India

Rohm and Haas (R&H) says it will double capacity for acrylic emulsions at its 35,000-m.t./year Taloja, India facility, and that it has opened a new $12-million acrylic emulsions facility at Chennai, India. The Chennai plant has capacity to make 30,000-40,000 m.t./year of acrylic emulsions used to produce adhesives, leather, paper, paints and coatings, and textiles.
