PetroChina’s Parent Plans World-Scale Ethylene Plant...

China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC; Beijing), the parent of PetroChina, has signed a deal to build a 1-million m.t./year ethylene plant at Yan’an, China, according to a report by China’s official Xinhua news agency.
