PetroChina Starts Up Fertilizer Plant

China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC; Beijing), the parent of PetroChina, says that PetroChina’s previously announced large scale fertilizer plant at Korla, in the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region has become operational.
