World News and Views :: Projects Petkim and Iran's NPC Ink Deal to Build Integrated PVC Complex in Iran10:21 AM MST | November 6, 2009 | Natasha Alperowicz Petkim Petrokimya (Izmir, Turkey) and National Petrochemical Co. (NPC; Tehran) have signed a memorandum of understanding to study and build an equally owned, integrated polvinyl chloride (PVC) complex in Iran. The project is part of NPC's previously announced downstream manufacturing facilities being built by Bakhtar Petrochemical Holding along a 2,200 km ethylene pipeline stretching from Assaluyeh in the south of Iran to Mahabad in the northwest.
