Oxea completes construction of carboxylic acid plant

Oxea (Oberhausen, Germany) says it has completed construction of a previously announced carboxylic acids plant at Oberhausen. The plant, currently in the start-up phase, will boost Oxea’s carboxylic acid capacity by 40%.
