Odfjell Plans Storage Venture in China

Odfjell says it will form a joint venture with Dalian Port Co. (Dalian, China), one of China’s largest oil terminal operators to design, build, and operate a tank terminal in China for liquid chemical products, chemical gases, and oil. The terminal will be located in the Caofeidian Industrial Zone (CFDIZ) in Hebei Province. Odfjell and Dalian Port Co. have signed an agreement with CFDIZ for the project.
