Neste Jacobs awarded EPCM contract for Borealis PE upgrade in Finland

Neste Jacobs (Porvoo, Finland) and Borealis have signed an agreement for the former to deliver the engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) part of a previously announced upgrade of Borealis's Borstar polyethylene (PE) 2 plant at Porvoo, Neste Jacobs announced today.
