(Tokyo), a joint venture among LyondellBasell, Nippon Oil, and Showa Denko, has selected LyondellBasell’s Spheripol technology for a revamp of a polypropylene (PP) plant at Oita, Japan. LyondellBasell has also granted a license extension to SunAllomer for the upgrade of an existing Spheripol plant at Oita.
