Lord Expands Adhesives and Coatings in Germany

Adhesives and coatings producer Lord (Cary, NC) says it is expanding its rubber-to-substrate bonding and coating product facility at Hückelhoven, Germany. The expansion is expected to be completed by mid-2009. The company does not disclose capacity figures. Lord has several expansion projects under way. These include a tripling of capacity at its Shanghai facility, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2008; and a tripling of capacity at its Nashik, India plant by year-end.
